About Brittany Updegrove, MS, LAC

Brittany CroppedI Knew I Had a Passion for Working in Mental Health, But I Didn’t Know Where That Journey Would Lead Me.

After growing up in Arkansas, I moved to San Diego to begin my career in mental health, where I spent seven years gaining experience in various therapeutic settings.

I returned to Arkansas to continue my work, helping individuals navigate severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder, as well as addiction and emotional struggles like depression and anxiety.

My journey has shown me how resilient people can be, and I’m here to help you discover that strength within yourself.

Finding Balance in Life’s Simple Pleasures

When I’m not working, I love relaxing with my dog and a good mystery novel or escaping to nature with a weekend camping trip. Nature keeps me grounded, and I bring that refreshed energy into my work with clients.
